Refund policy

  • If you receive a defective item, item with a hole, or item that is broken, please message me with photos of the item and I will be happy to either replace or repair the item. You will be issued a return label to send the item back to me. Once received, your replaced or repaired item will be shipped back to you. NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THE “BATTLE DAMAGED” SECTION.
    This also does not apply if your dog, cat, sheep, dragon, child, etc. damages the item. 
  • At this time, I do not issue refunds.
  • I am NOT responsible for items once they leave my hands! I am the sole individual running my company, so I cannot afford to replace items that are damaged or lost by any delivery service.
