If you picked up your backpack at Gen Con, you should have received an email today stating that your order has been fulfilled. Some folks who chose shipping picked up their backpacks at the show and they should have received an email as well. I had 23 individuals who did not pick up their bags.
I've started to print out shipping labels starting with order #3939. Please note that you receive an email when I print your shipping label, but it doesn't mean that I've actually shipped your package yet. It's easier for me to print out all of the labels and then ship from there.
I know I've received several orders in the past week or so. To those folks, I ask for your patience as I have about 136 orders that I need to ship out first.
