Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

  • You can calculate the cost of shipping by adding what you want to your cart and starting the check out process. You can abandon the order after it allows you to calculate the cost of shipping. I usually "clear" abandoned checkouts once/month.

  • I usually ship items 2-3 days after the order is placed.  However, if you place an order Thurs-Monday, I *may* be vending at a convention.  If this is the case, your order will be shipped the Tuesday after I get home.

  • Items are shipped via USPS or UPS.  You may choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.

  • My packaging isn't pristine because I re-use boxes and packing materials as much as possible! Recycling is your friend!

  • Shipping Insurance and delivery confirmation is available upon request. Please include a message in the notes section when placing your order.  I will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional cost.

  • Please make sure all shipping information is correct. I cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address that is provided by the buyer nor can i be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

  • I cannot be held responsible for errors on the part of USPS or UPS.  Claims for missing or undelivered packages have to be made by YOU directly to your local post office or UPS on the rare occasion that this happens. 

  • Please note that many of my items are light enough to qualify for First Class shipping.  First Class does NOT come with insurance.  If you choose this option and something happens to your package AFTER I ship it, I am very sorry, but there is nothing I can do.  I will not refund your purchase or send you a replacement item. I am not a large corporation that can afford to do so.

  • Your tracking will show when the parcel arrived at, left the sorting facility and the date of delivery. This allows me to prove when a parcel was mailed on my end in the case of missing or stolen mail. Again, i cannot bear responsibility for missing mail as my responsibility ends once the order is accepted by the post office. By purchasing from my shop, buyer acknowledges and accepts this policy.

****A WORD ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! ***

  • DUE TO THE NEW VAT RULES FOR THE UK, I WILL *ONLY* SHIP UK ORDERS IF THEY ARE AT LEAST $180. If there are items that you want that do NOT total $180, message me and I'll make a listing for you on Etsy as they take care of VAT for the vendor.

  • I ship via USPS and I do provide a tracking number. The tracking will indicate when the item was mailed but it will not provide detailed, step by step tracking. Once an item is mailed and tracking is provided, it is out of my hands.

  • If you would like insurance on an item, please contact the shop after ordering so this can be arranged and paid for.

  • It can take 7 days to two weeks or more for international items to arrive depending on where you live. Sometimes packages get stuck in customs for weeks.

  • All International customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
